We NEVER charge restocking fees. Ordered the wrong parts, sold the bike before you got the part installed, wrong size, wrong color - no problem! We accept returns on, unused and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt (EXCLUDING ELECTRICAL PARTS), with a friendly 'the customer is always right' attitude, when you are reasonable so are we.

Note: If you made a mistake (like measuring a clipons diameter or so), we will discuss how to solve the extra shipping costs for sending you the right size/product due to the low margins we work with.
A refund of full purchase price, minus shpping, is issued (inspection time required). Refunds are issued within 10 business days of parts return reception (less any original and/or return shipping fees), will be issued to the payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
To exchange an item, simply follow the steps for return and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Then place a new order for the new item(s).
All returns must include original packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box.
Return shipments, which do not meet all above criteria, will be refused and returned to sender.
