With more than a hundred wins in Formula 1 and becoming World Champion of the Constructors twice, Michelin is one of the tire manufacturers that has won the most prizes. If they add that they broke the world speed record with an unprecedented average speed of 400 km/h, established during F1 tests in 2006 on the salt lake, together with BAR Honda, then it is soon clear why Michelin tires are so appreciated.
French tires have won consumer confidence in more than 170 countries as the trademark, Michelin is synonymous with reliability, safety, guts and also saves the environment. The engineers at Michelin dedicate themselves to innovation and leave nothing to chance when they develop a new tire: their tires are known for their unique good handling that is felt in curves and in case of aquaplaning, but also for their resistance to the highest temperatures. For more than one century, the French manufacturer, based in Clermont-Ferrand, has created more than 3,500 tire models and was approached by the most famous car brands.
