"TANK CURE" tank seal is based on a 2 component epoxy resin. After adding the two components, stir well for a few minutes, empty the jerry can into your petrol tank and close the filler opening properly. Now slowly turn the tank in all directions. Keep turning for about 15 to 20 minutes. The sealant must touch all surfaces several times to form a good layer. Now open the filler cap and turn the tank upside down to drain as much sealant as possible.

On the market you will find various products to treat petrol tanks. Whichever product you plan to use: It is very important to apply enough caulk to completely cover the inside of your tank. Since you cannot see into the tank during the sealing process, you should be on the safe side. Experience shows that you need about 450 grams for a petrol tank of 15 to 20 liters. "TANK CURE" supplies two standard packages of kit. A 450 gram package for motorcycle tanks up to 20 liters and a 600 gram package for car tanks up to 60 liters.
