    When something arrives damaged or something is missing from your order.

    Take pictures of the outside and inside of the box so that we can see if it is damaged or not. Put all the products on a table and take a picture of what you received. We can already get a lot of information here.

    Email us the photos and your order number and we will see what is going on and what the best solution is for you. We will contact you as soon as possible with a suitable solution. We will solve this as quickly and as neatly as possible.
