Roeg | RX1 Hardware Visor Kit Gold

Looking for a simple way to give your helmet a custom edge without changing the whole shell? The Roeg RX1 Hardware Visor Kit Gold is a small hardware upgrade - also known as a shield screw kit or visor pivot kit - that replaces the stock visor screws and washers on the RX1 helmet with a gold anodized set. It is aimed at riders who appreciate understated detailing over flashy graphics, letting the hardware itself become the custom statement. Made with durability in mind, it swaps out the factory fasteners for a set that holds up to daily use while adding a distinct finishing touch.

Key Features

Stainless steel visor screws

Gold anodized washers

Direct replacement for RX1 shield hardware

Subtle custom detailing for the helmet shell

Specifications

Material: Stainless steel screws

Washer finish: Gold anodized

Compatible model: Roeg RX1 helmet shield

Kit contents: Screws and washers

Usage & Care Tips

Tighten screws snugly by hand and avoid overtightening, which can crack the shield mounting points

Remove the old hardware before fitting the new gold screws and washers to keep the visor pivot moving smoothly

Check screw tightness periodically since visor hardware can loosen with repeated shield use
