New brake pads, ignition coil, oil, etc. replaced.
Short exhaust matching the café racer look with a silencer for a nice rumbling sound (but not too loud).
And I'm sure I've forgotten something.

In short, time, attention, and money have been invested. All invoices are available, and the odometer is accurate (for checking mileage = plus or minus 55K).

Points of attention:
The rear tire is still usable but will need to be replaced eventually.
There are minor signs of wear here and there.
Oil and filter replaced (not due to mileage, but more than a year ago).
Not built by a professional, but with care, so it is not completely perfect.
If you are looking for a daily driver, this is not for you... more for touring, a nice ride, or going to a show.

We are selling it because we don't use it enough, which is a shame, and we would rather make someone else happy with it.
It has been stored in a dry place during the winter and under a cover in a shed near the house during the summer.
