This beautiful Yamaha Dragstar custom chopper is for sale. It is a Yamaha XVS650H, 650CC dragster from 1997. The bike is truly a gem.
The date of birth of this show bike is not important because almost everything on this bike is new. The engine block itself has only done 20,000 km and is perfectly maintained.
The bike was bought 4 years ago at a motorcycle show from a custom bike builder. After that, in our possession, the paintwork was completely redone and made unique. Almost everything was sprayed, and below I will give further explanation of what was done.
- Black paint with Candy Red Octagons (honeycomb) details. Finished with a beautiful flake. A gem in the sun. When the bike is in the sun, the black also becomes slightly different in color, this is due to the candy red paint. The black becomes slightly lighter. The candy red octagons come to life in the sun, especially with the coarse flake in the paint. This is definitely a custom paint job.
- This paint is on the front and rear mudguards, the tank, the seat and included in a matching helmet
- Flush gas cap chrome in the tank.
- With this motorcycle you will receive a matching size L pot helmet
- The seat has been reupholstered by a professional upholsterer to match the paint.
- Wide handlebars high gloss black
- Brake and clutch levers painted black
- Bullet (conical) LED headlight
- LED turn signals
- Custom chrome exhaust, beautiful graceful in streamline of the engine. Beautiful sound with pops
- Spoked wheels, wide rear wheel (Pirelli tires)
- Harley Davidson front fork (high gloss black)
- Forward controls (very comfortable seating position)
- Nice chrome work all around
(2 caps need attention) can be purchased separately to finish it off or can be re-chromed.
MECHANICAL:- Engine block has run 20,000 km
- Technically very well maintained (start and run, often without choke)
- Brakes and tires are in good condition
- Open intake (Harley style)
- Custom Exhaust
- Carburetor recently cleaned and fully adjusted to the open inlet and exhaust. Larger jets and fully synchronized
In short, the bike is an eye-catcher and will steal the show at meets, shows and rides. The bike rides very well and is technically in excellent condition. This bike is unique and a lot has been invested in it. The reason for selling is purely and solely to free up budget for a next bike (ducati)
