The red housing cover distinguishes the current generation of batteries.

The Spacer (S)   
Battery has one or more spacers that are placed under the battery with the supplied adhesive strip to ensure that the battery fits perfectly into the battery box.

Waterproof (W)
The battery is entirely waterproof and does not suffer any harm when the motorbike is washed under high pressure.

Indicator (I)
All batteries include a battery condition indicator.
Just press the test button. If all three blue Lights illuminate, the battery is completely charged (ful). If only two LEDs light up, it is only half (medium) charged. The battery must be charged at the very least when just one LED is lighted (low).

The Quattro Pole (Q)
Batteries has four pole connectors. The positive pole is situated on the left or right depending on how the battery is installed, implying that the battery may replace many traditional lead-acid batteries already in use.

You may save up to 5 kg of weight by replacing a typical lead-acid battery with a JMT lithium-ion battery with little effort.

The following advantages speak in favor of JMT lithium-ion batteries:

• About 1/3 of the weight of the comparable lead-acid battery
•  Unbeatable cost / weight savings ratio
•  Can be installed in any position, as there is no acid
•  Contains no heavy metals
•  Balanced discharge / charge of all cells by balancers
•  Fast charging with high charging current possible (up to 90% in 6 min)
• Very low self-discharge (max 5% per month)
• Even at high temperatures still good performance up to 60 ° C
• Safe technology and long service life

Lead-acid batteries can only use 30% of their capacity due to their specific properties. While nearly 100% of the capacity is available for lithium-ion batteries.

For this reason, the lithium versions of the JMT batteries require only 1/3 the capacity of a comparable lead-acid battery for the same starting power.
A uniform state of charge of all cells is also ensured by a built-in processor ("balancer").
The dimensions of the lithium-ion batteries match the dimensions of the original lead-acid batteries using adapters.
The connections are identical, so the battery can be replaced in a few minutes without any further adjustments.

Please keep in mind that only appropriate chargers may be used for charging. JMP charges are recommended.

Please see the technical data below for the maximum suggested charging currents.
Under no circumstances can chargers that attempt to desulphurate deep-discharged batteries less than 10 volts with a voltage more than 14.9 volts be utilized.
Never exceed the maximum charging voltage of 14.9 volts.

The manufacturer claims an adequate starting capacity at temperatures as low as -5 degrees Celsius.
